A good choice for clients whose websites contain between 1-20 web pages who might require 1-2 hours per week of maintenance services.

With this package you will receive ten (10) hours of maintenance support per month, with all unused hours accruing to the following month (to a maximum of one year). This package represents a great option for your organisation if you expect to have regular site updates as it will mean you receive two to three hours of maintenance support each week. You receive a guaranteed support allowance with a website manager who will ensure that your site is kept up to date.

Work that can be performed under the Web Manage package includes:

Content updates;
Image creation and updates;
Digital photographic work;
Desktop publishing or newsletter production; or
Resolution of technical issues with ISP or site host

The Web Manage package has a number of benefits for the small business operator:

Ten (10) hours of maintenance per month;
Unused maintenance hours each month are carried over to the following month (for a maximum of 12 months);
Guaranteed commencement of work within 48 hours of notification; and
Your own web manage

The Web Manage Monthly package is charged on a yearly basis of a monthly fee of AU$180, with time billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.
